In the socio-ecological well-being (SEW) research lab, we study the personality, social, and community determinants of health, happiness, and well-being.
Our research aims to unpack the correlates and policy relevance of a good life, through research at the basic and applied level:
1) Quantitative surveys in positive psychology – examining motivational, personality, and experiential processes that shape well-being
2) Meta-scientific and methodological innovation – mapping how well-being science evolves and strengthening its transparency and measurement
3) Public health approaches to community mental health promotion – co-designing interventions and programmes that shape equitable well-being outcomes
